About Coaching
Feeling stressed, drained or overwhelmed by life? Coaching helps people who want to spend some time thinking about what is important to them, what’s draining them, or what may be missing from their life. I specialise in working with people who are fed up with feeling tired, stressed, low in energy, unhealthy, frustrated, unsatisfied and anxious.
You may know what you want to work on, or just know that you need a space to explore your life.
Together we can:
*Explore your thoughts and feelings about what might be missing from life or what is making it more stressful.
*Help you think about the choices you are making and what you need to do to make your life more satisfying and balanced.
*Understand the origins of and patterns of your behaviour including coping styles such as overeating.
*Explore your lifestyle and modify it to improve your health.
*Help you express your emotions, be more assertive and communicate more effectively with others.
*Bring to the surface those unhelpful rules you may be unknowingly listening into – those beliefs that hold you back or feed anxieties.
My job is to keep you true to your authentic self, helping you rejiggle your approach to life so you feel lighter, calmer and healthier.
